Kiss My Lingerie is a brick and mortar store; which means that we are an actual store where you may shop in person. You may contact Kiss My Lingerie during our business hours, which are between 10:00 am and 8:00 pm CST (Monday – Saturday), Sundays from 12 noon until 6:00 pm. It is our goal to respond to all messages outside of our normal business hours within 24 hours.

Accepted methods of payment include all major credit cards, such as Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, JCB, and Diners Club. We also accept check payments. Please call the store regarding all other forms of payment, which are not credit cards.
Kiss My Lingerie maintains a large variety of products in our store as well as our website. Please do not hesitate to contact us regarding the products in question. In the event that you place an order online and the item is not in stock. We will contact you by phone or email regarding the estimated ship-time. You may decide at any time whether or not you still want us to fulfill the order.
We will fulfill the order in question and ship the remaining order if we do not receive a response from you. We are not responsible for delays in items, which are not in stock. We will try very hard to fulfill your order and maintain correspondence with you.

Kiss My Lingerie utilizes the Shopify shopping cart software, which is our Gateway for all credit card processing. All Shopify stores include a 128 bit, SSL certificate that is used by the store’s shopping cart; which means your credit card information is secure. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure.

After submitting your order, you will receive an automated response via email of a copy of the order you submitted which serves as a confirmation that your order was placed successfully. Please provide and accurate email address so that correspondence with you may occur. If you would like to include your telephone number, you may do so at the time of check-out. Please call us if you did not receive confirmation of your order.
All orders are discretely packages in an unmarked package/box. The business name as the shipper will appear as KML – which stands are Kiss My Lingerie.
Kiss My Lingerie is not responsible for delays in shipping, which may be due to weather, natural disasters or other shipping disruption as it relates to our shippers.
We do not ship order internationally or to any APO addresses at this time. We ship to ALL states in the US. Hopefully we will be shipping internationally soon. We apologize in advance for this inconvenience.
Shipping time is normally between 2-5 business days, if the items are in stock. Other delivery times may take as long as 14 days for delivery.
Next business day is available for delivery items. Please call the store for additional information regarding next day shipments.

Canadian shipments will incur a flat rate of $10. These rates will apply during the check-out process.
All products shown in Kiss My Lingerie's website are subject to availability. Our intent is to provide you with sufficient quantities, however, depending on the demand of a particular product, we may not be able to fill the order immediately. In the event that a product is not immediately available, we will contact you and inform you as the earliest date that you may expect to receive your order.
My Lingerie utilizes USPS and FedEx for delivery service. If you place your order before 3pm CST, your order will be shipped out the same business day, if the items are in stock. Anytime after 3pm, your shipment will ship the following business day. We will contact you if there is a discrepancy with your order. Once your order ships, Kiss My Lingerie will send an email with a link to track your order.
Standard Shipping (Options ranging from Ground to Overnight): Packages, which are shipped free and do not require freight services will use standard shipping. We will choose the shipping method, which suits your delivery area and expedient shipping. In the event that there is a delay in shipping, you will be notified by email.

All claims regarding missing merchandise or lost packages must be filed within 30 days of the order being shipped.
All sales are final. Sale items will be allowed for exchange or store credit.
In the case of a refund or return, shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please note, we are not like most online or in-store intimate apparel establishments. Due to health regulations, we do NOT accept any returns or exchanges with merchandise that may come with undergarments such as panties, or items that cover the crotch. For example, you may not return or exchange an item such as a baby doll that comes with a panty or g-string. We have no clue whether or not the item or items were actually worn. Additionally, these types of items are extremely delicate and private in nature.
All other items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Please call the store for all returns so that this process may go smoothly.
Credits will be issued within 14 days of receipt of item(s). We do not charge for re-stocking. No shipping charge will apply for exchanged items shipped to the customer.
Please inspect all items, which are being returned. Health regulations mandate that there are requirements to be fulfilled when accepting exchanges or returns from customers. Clothing that is soiled, damaged, or laundered can not be taken back. It must be in its original packaging and tagged, as they were when you received the item(s).
